David Darkow, aka The Kow-Boy from Hell, is a unique artist who fuses blues, rock, dark country,
and folk to create a musical universe that is both dark and captivating.
With a powerful and unique voice, he explores profound themes such as introspection, love,
humanity, and life's paths. Inspired by artists like Ben Harper, The White Buffalo, and Johnny
Hallyday, he also draws on the legacy of great French and American singers to craft an authentic
and inimitable style.
Music has always held a central place in his life. After a devastating motorcycle accident, he found
in the lap steel slide guitar a way to express his full artistic intensity. This event also led him to
explore the world of the one-man band, a format that perfectly reflects his raw energy and
independence.

With extensive stage experience, David Darkow has captivated diverse audiences. He has ignited
both large stages, such as the Axone in Montbéliard, and prestigious events such as tattoo
conventions, notably the one in Saintes, Charente-Maritime. His charisma and authenticity allow

His talent has also led him to the selection auditions for The Voice and Swiss Voice, where his
unique timbre and unusual style attracted the attention of professionals. His musical aesthetic,
